Cliffcrest Scarborough Village SW Residents Association ("CSVSWRA" or the "Association") 

Our mission statement is:

 “Together we preserve the unique nature of our neighbourhoods.”

Our Objective: To represent the voices in the neighbourhood, to raise awareness, and advocate for inclusion and due process in the decisions that impact our community. 

The CSVSWRA is NOT against development.  The CSVSWRA advocates for appropriately sized developments. 

The Association wants to learn, collect, build and share  knowledge and be long lasting in the support we provide to the community.

To support our Mission, the Association:

- produces periodic newsletters, numerous support letters on behalf of residents, and has organized numerous Community Projects. 

- has formed 4 Committees & implemented guidelines for potential ad hoc sub committees: 

• Planning and Development:     

• Heritage and Environment:

• Membership and Fundraising:

• Communications and Community Affairs

•  Ad Hoc Committees –  

• An example is the “Windy Ridge Committee”, local residents volunteering to bring forth concerns with the support of the Association.

*We are here to support local residents, we can not take your place, we still need the impacted residents involved.

Many hands make for light work, we welcome you to come to some of our committee meetings…

We are CONTINUALLY learning how to effectively participate and oppose unreasonable and inappropriate condo and oversized infill developments -- we strive to build the collective voice of an informed & organized community
